Empyrean takes a different view on management. Their front-line leaders juggle their own full-time roles while also acting as “go-to’s” for their direct reports. That all changed in March of 2019 when the role of the manager took on a whole new level of importance. Thanks to several years of groundwork these managers had done understanding and discussing the engagement of their teams, they knew how to build meaningful connections and ask the critical questions that helped their team members weather the storm.
