The first 4 steps of our 5-Step SMB Process are designed to introduce you to the world of talent optimization and allow us to get to know your organization. Step 5: The facilitation of your custom SMB Roadmap is where the fun – and results – really start.
Each of our SMB Talent Optimization Roadmaps is designed specifically for you and the needs of your organization. With several unique focus areas, we determine the two that most fit your needs and guide you through several activities, worksheets, and discussions to help you make progress within those areas.
You can choose to self-facilitate your progress or utilize Activate's strategic insights, support, and accountability to ensure continued growth and success. If you choose the Activate-facilitated approach, we will guide you through each phase of the 6-month plan. If you decide to self-facilitate, we will provide you with all of the necessary material, instructional videos, and periodic check-ins to ensure you and your team remain on the right track.
