David’s primary role is helping Clients identify specific goals and/or issues that Activate tools and consulting offerings can address. His success at the Predictive Index allows him to act as a specialist around all things related to Talent Optimization. With David on the team, we are uniquely positioned to leverage the full potential of our partnership with Predictive Index. This includes defining, scoping, and implementing PI’s powerful platform of tools:

With a constant focus on Client goals and ROI, David loves helping organizations and individuals grow. Prior to his time at Predictive Index, he received his education at the University of New Hampshire where he earned a degree in Communication.

In his free time, Dave can be found fishing or riding his Harley with his daughter or mixing adult beverages for friends.
